Romaen Campbell

I am Romaen Campbell, High School Math Teacher. I started working at Excelsior Classical Academy in July of 2021. This is my sixth year of teaching; I came to North Carolina in 2017 from Jamaica to teach in a middle school in Franklin County Schools. In 2018 I decided to make the switch to come teach in a High School in Durham Public Schools. I spent two years in Durham Public Schools and in 2019 I got a 70% student pass rate for Math 1 in the North Carolina State Examination. I now live in Rougemont, with my wife Shannon, her son Isaiah and the newest addition to our family RJ, who was born in August of this year(2021).
