Katherine Carpenter-Honeycutt’s Biography
I was born and raised in Durham and I attended East Carolina University studying English and Business Administration. I have two Flying Lions of my own. My son is in 2nd grade and my daughter is in 1st Grade. I am a huge advocate for literacy and inclusion. I enjoy gardening, water sports working & teaching within my church, completing fun projects with my husband, or on fun outings with my extended family and friends. I also enjoy being active on the and really value that Excelsior is like a community. I feel blessed that my children are part of the ECA family, and feel lucky to work with such caring educators and administrators!
