Ashley Chewning’s Biography
My name is Ashley Chewning and I grew up in Salem, VA. I graduated from Radford University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Following graduation, I moved to Durham to work on a pediatric inpatient unit at Duke University Hospital, where I worked for 10 years. I then took 6 years off at home with my children. I have 3 kids (4th grader, 2nd grader, and one joining kindergarten next year. We love being a part of the Excelsior Community and I look forward to helping keep Excelsior students healthy so they can better learn!
