Claire Hlad’s Biography
I am from a small town in Western Pennsylvania, and lived in Miami, FL last year to teach art, and just moved to North Carolina the summer of 2023. I completed my Master’s in Art Education in 2022 through the University of Edinboro in Pennsylvania. In 2019 I received my B.A. in English Literature and Art History from Seton Hill University. I’ve taught middle and high school art, and enjoy seeing students fall in love with art. When I am not teaching art, I am creating commissions for friends and family through my art page Sunflower__Studios. I enjoy being in the sun, hanging with my dogs, and smelling flowers.
