Bob Hodges Biography
Dr. Bob Hodges is beginning his third year at ECA. This is his 48th year as an educator. He has served in multiple positions from classroom teacher and coach to college vice president, educational consultant and school founder in Central and South America. His many years of historical study give him a unique perspective as he teaches his 7th Grade Social Studies classes. Dr. H., as his students often call him, holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Bob Jones University as well as Master’s and a PhD from Emmanuel University. Dr. Hodges is a native of Durham. He and his wife Tammye, who serves as an assistant EC program at ECA, live in Roxboro. They have six children and nine grandchildren, two of whom attend ECA. Among his hobbies, Dr. Hodges loves hunting, fishing, and golf. He is also a baseball umpire in his spare time.
