Excelsior Classical Academy’s Lottery for 2025-2026

Excelsior Classical Academy’s lottery is conducted through Lotterease. Only applicants who submit their applications in Lotterease by the end of the day on February 10 will be eligible for the lottery. The day after the conclusion of Open Enrollment, the lotteries will close to new applications. All submitted applications will then be reviewed to ensure there are no duplicates or applications in preference groups to which the applicant is not entitled. Any duplicate applications or those that selected preference groups which did not apply to them will be removed before the lottery is conducted.

Families can watch the lottery remotely via Google Meet; however, no admissions announcements will be made during the session. Once the lottery is complete, Lotterease will automatically send emails and texts to inform families whether their students have been admitted or waitlisted. If a student is waitlisted, the program will also notify the family of their waitlist position.
