The North Carolina Association for Public Charter Schools has organized an effort to help the charter schools whose towns or counties were devastated by Hurricane Helene. Excelsior Classical Academy is participating in the effort and has adopted Lake Lure Classical Academy. LLCA is the only public school in the Lake Lure/Chimney Rock area. We are collecting items to help families in the Lake Lure area who lost so much in the flood.
