On January 30th 2025 from 11am-12pm, the North Carolina Association for Public Charter Schools hosted a student showcase to celebrate National School Choice Awareness Week! Hosted at the Fletcher Opera Theatre at Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts, this event featured students in a variety of performances, and highlighted student art in a show titled “Why School Choice is Important to Me.” This event was hosted by the North Carolina Association for Public Charter Schools in collaboration with the National School Choice Awareness Foundation.
We are proud that Excelsior Classical Academy’s Jazz Band was showcased at this event. Thanks to Band Director Vlad Kary and all his students for their dedication and hard work!
